Wellness Workshop Description
Men and Women's Health Seminar
With Michael Rossoff, L.Ac.
This two-part seminar presented by Michael Rossoff, L.Ac. will explore the natural ways for healing ourselves from the fascinating perspectives of oriental and macrobiotic healing. The focus will be on understanding the root causes for many specific problems that occur in men and women. Only then can we discover practical and natural approaches for healing.
Our human existence depends on blood and qi (energy). Women are dominated more by blood and men are dominated more by qi. This leads to important differences in the ways for healing of men and women. A variety of health problems, unique to women and unique to men, will be discussed. In modern medicine, most of these symptoms and problems are looked upon as chronic and unhealthy, requiring drug or surgical intervention to “heal” them.
By utilizing the simple concepts from oriental healing such as yin-yang, meridian energy flow, the seven causes of disease and the five healing methods we can discover a new world beyond the limited treatments of western medicine. The goal of this seminar is to increase your confidence so that you understand the valuable self-healing choices you can implement for creating a healthier future.
