JENN LARSEN, President, Board of Directors
Jenn Larsen joined the Healthy Living, Inc. board in 2017, and is the director of development for the International Center for Journalists. She has a deep love for the District of Columbia, as a committed advocate and resident for well over two decades. A co-founder of the popular website We Love DC, which championed the city’s resurgence, she wrote extensively on the local arts, theater, and restaurant industries over the site’s eight-year run. She believes strongly in the power of empathy and connection to foster social change, and entered into non-profit development after a life-threatening illness propelled her to work for the greater good. Jenn is a graduate of the Catholic University of America’s drama program, where she studied acting and costume design; a veteran of National Players, the venerable classical touring company which brings theater to underserved communities across the nation; and an alumna of the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth.
MICHAEL LORE, Vice President, Board of Directors
Michael Lore works as chief of staff to a Maryland state senator, and is a non-practicing attorney with a passion for good food. After graduating from American University Washington College of Law in 2009, he worked abroad as an international lawyer in Geneva before returning as an advocate to overturn the Citizens United Supreme Court debacle. Michael believes the most important titles are citizen, neighbor, and friend.
Juliette G. Tahar, is the founder and current Executive Director of Healthy Living, Inc. Born of French parents, Juliette's interest in natural food evolved out of a childhood in West Africa where fresh ingredients were always abundant and available.

FRANCOISE ARNAUD, Treasurer, Board of Directors
Francoise Arnaud has a Ph.D. in Biology. Her earlier scientific projects focused on the mechanisms of cell protection. Currently she is working as a contractor at the Naval Medical Center to understand problems related to traumatic brain injury and hemorrhage. This work is funded through government grant applications that require specific and strict study design, budget planning, scheduled work deliverables, and regular reports on achievement and spending. She is interested in better nutrition as a way of living and supports Healthy Living, Inc.'s mission to promote this goal.

JULIANNA KOHLER, Board of Directors
Julianna Kohler is the newest member of Healthy Living, Inc.'s board, having joined in 2019. She is a senior health information system advisor at USAID with significant experience in epidemiology, statistical analyses, and health policy. Before USAID she served as the data science lead for ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte. Julianna has coordinated randomized clinical trials in Malawi and Nigeria, and provided research and data analysis support to HIV programs globally and a nutrition program in Indonesia. Further, she has provided technical assistance to Afghanistan, Ghana, India, Kenya, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia. Julianna received her Master’s in Health Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and is an alumna of Bryn Mawr.
T. MICHAEL JANKOWSKI, PLLC, HLI Legal Advisor*
Michael is the principal in the Law Office of T. Michael Jankowski PLLC, located in Alexandria, Virginia. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, business and non-profit law. In addition to providing legal counsel to such organizations as Healthy Living, Inc., Mike currently serves as President of the Friends of the Torpedo Factory Art Center, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization, and is General Counsel to the Alexandria Gay and Lesbian Community Association, another 501(c)(3) group. Mike Jankowski received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law Center in 1983.
